Not often and never for very long (the most I've gone w/o e-mail since early 90's is a week... and that wasn't by choice), but a few days off the grid and out in the middle of nowhere seems to recharge me. Perhaps this is a sign that I'm not as “digital native” as I like to think I am, but I LOVE unplugging.
